Make your payments using secure PayPal transactions. You can pay with a PayPal account or use the PayPal site as a "guest" without an account. Tax will be applied for all Utah sales. Customers in other states are responsible to pay any taxes owed according to their own State's requirements. SHIPPING: I ship your art jewelry pieces carefully packaged in a lovely hand-decorated gift box via USPS Priority Shipping and with insurance. Mulitiple items can be shipped at the same rate as long as they all fit in the small flat rate box ($7). If you are ordering many items, I will happily ship with a medium flat rate box to save on costs ($9). I can also ship using USPS Global Priority ($13) if it goes to your country and if the amount is such that no tariffs apply. Please contact me for international orders and I will see what I can do! If for any reason your item has not arrive within the expected time, please contact me right away. I keep my insurance receipts and we will get it resolved! ADJUSTMENTS: Most items can be adjusted to size for a minimal cost. Sometimes you may want a different clasp style. Or maybe you are left-handed and you want the business-end of the closure on the left (right is standard). Simply contact me with your request and/or desired measurement. If for any reason you are unhappy with your recently purchased jewelry item, you may return it to me for a full refund of your purchase price. Simply contact me within 10 business days of receipt and return it within 5 more business days (you pay shipping and insurance). No worries! Contact me and then send the jewelry item back to My Bead Therapy, P.O. Box 2481, Layton, Utah 84041-9481. I will return your full purchase price upon receipt of your returned item. I will not be responsible if your item is lost in transit, so please insure it! WARRANTY:
When you purchase at My Bead Therapy, you automatically receive a FREE two year warranty on workmanship and materials used in your jewelry items! If a clasp or part of a jewelry item fails as a result a flaw in the material or craftsmanship, I will fix or replace the missing or broken part of your item with one of equal value at NO CHARGE! I will attempt to match the missing or broken part as closely as possible. Warranty excludes theft, loss, or damage including but not limited to improper care/cleaning, dropping, catching, or striking against a hard surface, or improper storage. However, if an earring or portion of an item is lost or damaged, I can attempt to make/find a matched replacement depending on availability of materials. Customer will be charged very reasonable rates for such replacements or repairs. For warranty or repairs, contact me (so I know it's coming and can order parts early if needed) and then ship the item to me at My Bead Therapy, P.O. Box 2481, Layton, Utah 84041-9481.
